This form shall be used by the manufacturer to declare any evolution which impacts on documentation (DU/DT,DJ), design or production of a safety component or a subsystem whose compliance with the essential requirements of Directive 2000/9/EC relating to cableway installations designed to carry persons, has been assessed by STRMTG-ON (Notified Body).
