EVEREST study: Evaluation of the performance of mountain guided transport safety video systems (EVEREST)
The EVEREST project was launched in 2016 to contribute to the development of systems using automatic video image analysis to aid operations during chairlift loading and unloading phases. Study on high-speed mountain resort conveyor belts
As mountain resort conveyor belts increase in length, manufacturers have applied for exemptions from the regulations in order to operate at speeds over 0.7m/s.
