When hired and during the course of their work, each employee of the notified body undertakes to follow certain rules: act with complete impartiality, report any pressure from third parties, ensure independence, avoid conflicts of interest, maintain confidentiality.

Impartiality
STRMTG-ON carries out its work with impartiality and neutrality, and handles projects in an objective and fair manner in order to always prioritise safety issues over individual interests.

Pressure
If an STRMTG-ON employee is pressured by a third party, they must inform management.

Independence
All STRMTG-ON employees act with complete freedom of judgment by following internal procedures and applicable regulations. They are not allowed to undertake work for a client with whom they have family ties, an ongoing personal relationship or known hostility who is directly concerned by the assignment.
All employees must seek to identify any information that may affect their independence and, if in doubt, inform management.

Conflict of interest
A conflict of interest differs from dependency in that the individual facing it always has the option of choosing to avoid it.

Non-disclosure, discretion and confidentiality
All STRMTG-ON employees take all necessary precautions to maintain the confidentiality of information obtained in the course of their work and not disclose or communicate it to third parties.
