Contract

This document describes the general conditions under which STRMTG-ON assesses the conformity of a safety subsystem or component under Regulation (EU) 2016/424 of 9 March 2016 on cableway installations.

Along with the financial proposal, it constitutes the contract which governs the relationship between the STRMTG-ON notified body and the manufacturer, from the start of the service and for the entire period of validity of the certificates issued in this respect.

All complaints or appeals should be made in writing and sent to one of the following addresses:

The procedure describing how complaints and appeals are processed is available upon simple request.

Application form for a new product

This form is to be used for any request for STRMTG-ON to assess a new product.

Declarative form for product evolution

Declarative form relating to design modification of a safety component or subsystem

This form shall be used by the manufacturer to declare any modification brought to the approved design that may affect the conformity with the essential requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/424 or the conditions of validity of the certificate.
